Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the following procedures will be followed as suggested by the CDC:
Do not get a massage if you are currently positive or have any symptoms for Covid-19.
You must test negative for at least 2 weeks if you contracted the virus.
Showering as close as possible to your appointment time is appreciated (you may shower at my place).
All clients (and myself) must wear masks. I have disposable masks available if needed.
I thoroughly disinfect my table and all surfaces before and after each client.

I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
I attended Florida College of Natural Health and have been licensed in Massage Therapy since 2002.

My style is a combination of modalities and very fluid. The pressure is adjusted to your comfort level.
I use Biotone massage gel or lotion (hypoallergenic).
*In order to get the full experience, I highly recommend an hour for Thai Foot Reflexology. Your whole body will feel relaxed and energized through massage and pressure to various points on the feet that correlate to specific areas/organs of the body. Please make sure your feet are presentable: clean, properly groomed and fungus-free. You do not need to undress for this massage. Shorts or loose pants that can be rolled up to the knee are suggested.
**Vedic Thai Massage on the table is sometimes referred to as "Lazy Man's Yoga" because of the assistance provided by the therapist into traditional yoga poses. It's a dynamic session that integrates acupressure, stretching and deep breathing. I use my hands, arms, legs, knees and feet to stretch and compress muscles while freeing movement in the joints. You do not need to undress for this massage. Gym clothes/shorts are suggested. I recommend a 90-minute session for this massage.
